AnyLoraCleanLinearMix-ClearVAE

This is a mix of

1. CleanLinearMix

2. AnyLora

3. ClearVAE

I got fed up with CleanLinearMix's little nuances like

1. the "hair between eyes" prompt

2. Pairing colors; a heavy weighted eyes (e.g. green eyes:1.5) will affect blue clothes and turn green. Same goes for red and orange.

3. the "red eyes" prompt producing eyeballs out of nowhere.

#1 was solved by this merge, but not #2 and #3. It's better that nothing.

EDIT: #2 is fixed by a1111 extension sd-webui-cutoff
